Shungite  is consider rare natural crystal and nowadays it is very popular since we know that can help protect you from the electromagnetic radiation emitted by electronic devices like smartphones and computers. It is like a hidden treasure found deep in Russian soil believed to be around 2 billion years old.  It is thought to be an incredibly powerful antioxidant, which means it can help protect your body from harmful free radicals, which are unstable atoms that can damage cells, causing illness and ageing!  Shungite is also believed to have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help protect us from swelling caused by UVB-induced skin damage by aiding our immune system to repair damaged cells.
